hey everyone welcome back to our channel
in today's video we'll be learning how
to filter out the responses and create a
pipeline of candidates for your job
postings so let's Dive Right In in our
previous videos we've covered the best
practices for posting an effective job
that clearly outlines the requirements
as a recruiter your goal is to find the
candidates who are aligned with your job
requirements however once you post a job
you are likely to receive a lot of
responses and the challenges to identify
the best most relevant candidates from
that pool who meet the criteria that you
are looking for it is crucial to start
by browsing through some of the
applications to get a feel for the type
of responses that you have received then
you can begin filtering them out our
response manager is a comprehensive tool
that has been designed to help you with
this by offering a variety of filtering
options but the process does not stop
there after filtering and identifying
the most ideal candidates you would also
need to create an effective pipe line
which would be based on where each
candidate currently stands in the hiring
cycle some candidates may be perfect for
the role and can be shortlisted for
further rounds While others may be
rejected however even the rejected
candidates can be Revisited for future
requirements so let's dive into the
response manager and explore how to
filter the responses and create the
pipeline that we have just discussed
let's begin by understanding how to
access the response manager start by
navigating to the jobs and responses Tab
and select the option of manage jobs and
responses once you're in the
dashboard locate the specific job
posting and click on the number of
responses displayed next to it this
action will take you directly to the
response
manager now let's say we have posted a
job for the position of a facility
