postings so let's Dive Right In in our
previous videos we have covered how to
post a job filter the responses and
identify the right candidates now once
you have found the most suitable
candidates it is crucial to communicate
with them to move forward in the hiring
process our response manager simplifies
this task by offering multiple
communication channels including email
phone calls via the recruiter app and
even WhatsApp so let's go ahead and take
a look at each of them let's start with
one of the most common communication
methods email to send an email click on
the email icon in the candidates profile
snippet you'll be asked to complete a
simple draft including the subject and
the body of the email once you've filled
in these basic details you can then send
the email you can even send an email to
