let's start today's session by sitting
down with an upright posture and let's
begin to arrive Wherever You Are
in today's session we will be doing four
rounds of psychedelic breath work to
increase our focus and concentration
and in order to increase the
concentration we will have our eyes open
the entire session fixated on something
directly in front of you
the breathing technique will be in
through the nose out through the mouth
at two different speeds
the first speed will look and sound
something like this

and then double speed

there will be breath retentions after
each round starting at 45 seconds and
the last two rounds being one minute and
during the retentions we will continue
to have our eyes open fixated on the
object in front of you
so put a smile on your face focus on the
