Amber Journey.
I think I was in the same place.
I went to the Yamazaki topography recently.
It was so green and there were mountains behind.
When I went there, the air changed.
It was a very special feeling.
Let's go together next time.
Yamazaki, Shimamoto-cho, Osaka,
Yamazaki topography is the
most famous place in Japan.
In 1923, this land was blessed with rich nature and clear water.
One of the key to delivering high quality whiskey,
is a technique called a blender.
and the work of the creators.
At Blendaist, we blend and produce this raw material.
We have about 1.4 million containers in our warehouse.
The quality of each container is different,
so we have to decide what to use in 5 years,
and what to use after 20 years.
That's the job of a blender.
To protect the brand with a long history,
they don't allow any compromise.
for
ーTo get closer to the taste he wants, he mixes the ingredients one by one and checks the balance.ー
I think it's important to deliver the best taste to the customers.
I think it's important to give them the impression that they should taste more.
ーTo deliver the best taste,ー
Yamazaki, the birthplace of whiskey, was chosen for its high quality water.
Sennori-kyu, who loved the water of this land, used to serve tea to Taiko Hideyoshi here.
When I visited the shrine, I saw a lot of people.
Oh, they are making water.
The name Jikunomizu comes from the mountains of the Tennozan and Kotokoyama.
The underground water is all from the mountains.
The beautiful water that we want to protect forever.
We want to preserve the Jikunomizu and maintain the cleanliness.
We are working on environmental maintenance.
A town that loves water.
Let's remember this when we drink whiskey.
The blessing of nature.
The beautiful contrast that comes to mind when you pour whiskey.
Black and amber, or amber, are beautiful.
Our Kiriko is made to go well with both whisky and other spirits.
Tenma Kiriko is a specialty that has been sent to the capital of each country at the G20 Osaka Summit.
When you pour a drink, it's like a full moon.
In the 1950s, when we were kids, there were a lot of glass shops around.
The brand was created by our ancestors to keep the fire alive.
The technology has been passed down for generations.
The two parents continue to polish their skills.
I hope that Kiriko Tenma will continue to do so for decades to come.
Kiriko and whiskey.
