If you spend so much time with a biography, with such emotions as the cut had,
then you can't do anything.
It leaves its mark for a while, but I've learned to deal with it in the last few years.
I'm very interested in, and that was the case here, the contradictions or the diversity.
And I think what touched me most was that he's not able or forbids himself to love.
For me it was completely new that with a request,
600 people start working.
I didn't know that.
And that you somehow feel like the camera is running over a huge field,
where all or many people, hundreds, run across the field,
towards each other, into each other,
and then the camera disappears in one of these trenches
and ends in front of your face and your colleague.
A little different.
I think the donkey is calling itself first, or what was it?
Anyway, then it's a different responsibility.
Then you'd better not screw it up.
We actually had a sports program on site in Prague, a few weeks before the shoot,
I think two and a half weeks or so, all together, regularly.
That was very funny.
And I remember one thing, in the end we ended it with ...
and everyone dances to the music that was in the room.
The dance that suits him,
that fits his senses and his body.
And then I saw him in Toronto for the first time as a film.
All the troupes come together and...
...get together.
That really blew me away. I felt bad afterwards.
I think there were five moments
I just don't look at it. And I think that's completely legitimate.
Because I hear so often that people describe,
I'm too much, I don't look at it.
I can totally understand.
You still have the great sound, the amazing music
and the thunder of voices,
which keeps you in the scene.
I had hoped that I would have gotten used to it a bit.
I'm just as excited, of course differently than the first times.
That's just a good thing, when the feedback is,
you, we like what you do.
