OliBola and by that I mean
I'm getting ready to make OliBola
hence the gigantic mess.
If you don't know these are oli bolen. It translates to oil balls
dough with raisins and pieces of apple
Dumped in oil fried powdered sugar delicious. So that's what I'm doing. Then I'm gonna get ready
For the party. Everybody's coming over. What an oily mess you've made my dearest
I did say I was making oil balls

This bread, which is apparently apple bread, but look at this thing, it looks more like...

These ones don't have any raisins in them.
They have apples in them.
Oh.
Every time I make them, people are like, I don't like raisins.
Those are apple flaps.

It's apple in dough and cinnamon and sugar.
Fried.
That's what it is.
And then, uh, you can tell these are the ones I did first.
The lighter colored ones?
As it progressed, the cinnamon sugar mixture got into the dough.
So the dough is a different color because of the cinnamon.
