I am speedrunning a game from my childhood. It is the best game.
That he just happens to hold the current world record in.
No one needs to know that. Because when I play badly, then I'll let them down.
It's about tempering expectations. No, no, no. It's not about tempering expectations.
It's about when everything inevitably goes wrong, you can have that to fall back on.

Right commentary
It's been a long day for me. So
Rootsroderin is pretty cool. I always find myself having way too much to talk about on my
size so I think I'll just start with familiarizing you guys with what I'm doing. I'm flying around
and I'm shooting things. The game gives me a list of objectives to complete to finish this
level and then mostly it did involve destroying clusters of enemies. But I'm gonna go out of my
way to destroy every enemy on this level for a special reason and that is the game gives me a
shiny gold medal if I destroy every enemy. Even the ones that aren't required by the levels objectives.
So why do I do this? This is a speedrun. Why am I taking my time to get the shiny gold medal?
Because this is the 100% category. 100% requires that I beat every mission in the game and the last
three missions are only unlocked by beating every other mission with a certain medal quality,
given that we don't want to restart a mission. If we get a bad medal, we want to get gold on our
first time every time. To get a gold medal. Oh boy, this is fun. You have a list of requirements.
You have to be the level in a certain time. You have to destroy a certain amount of enemies.
You have to have a certain amount of accuracy. You have to protect a certain amount of friendly units.
Wow, that was a great monocles. I was insane if I get the gold. Yeah. That was actually really fast.
That was a real fast clear. Usually one of the main bits of time saving this game is just
going to be how accurate you can be on each swoop by in your vehicle because
it's looping around and taking another set of shots is going to be costly in a
lot of these levels and so usually we'll call it a one-cycle clear when we can
just fly by a group of enemies once and take them all out so that was a very
optimal looking mass-cizly there especially towards me.
Pretty much dead on, yeah.
Can be kind of tricky to clear groups of fighters just
because they're more maneuverable and harder to hit,
giving up their smaller.
But also sometimes it'll be clusters of very high HP units
that I need to clear in one go.
That I will occasionally fail to do so.
So yeah, usually if I'm making loop deloops and then
firing again on the same group of enemies,
that's just is generally like okay I lost a small amount of time here.
But on barcash that's not true because barcash here is an autosroller and it's like
five minutes on the second level of the game which is very very nice when
your speed running and you have the game despite the throw you a curb ball and
