1975 Bally WIZARD! pinball machine
For your viewing pleasure today is a brief gameplay demonstration of a freshly-shopped 1975 Bally Wizard! pinball machine.
This machine has some amazing artwork by Dave Christensen (of course) and was designed by Greg Kmiec.
This game is pretty fun to play... way better than Captain Fantastic. The basic premise of the game is to flip the four flags and then roll the ball down the right flag lane to reset them all and light up the playfield features like a Christmas Tree.
Smoking the spinner when lit with a nice strong right flipper shot is very satisfying and lucrative and basically becomes the whole point to the game whenever I get my hands on it.
My biggest complaint about the game is the lack of shots from the left flipper. If you've already flipped the #4 flag, there's not much left to do on that side except for flip-pass the ball to the right flipper and try for that spinner shot (again) or try to flip any flags you haven't already spotted.
All-in-all a reasonably fun 4-player EM from Bally.
Sorry for the glare on the playfield glass in the video.
