good morning good morning everyone
this is my my first time
being at one of the pwi seminars so
first of all I want to say thank you
thank you for having me and inviting me
um and what I noticed in the about early
this morning and also last night during
the dinner is many of the delegates know
much more about Bentley than I do so I
want to say I want to say thank you for
your trust and immensely but that that
also brings responsibility to us as a
technology company and what I wanted to
acknowledge briefly today this morning
is we are aware of some of the feedback
and and requirements specifically in
some of our design applications
including open Rail and and it has the
highest attention of our leadership team
so I just wanted before talking about
anything else acknowledge that and and
hopefully attending more pwi events will
will help help us to connect to all
users better and understand the
requirements as well so so what I want
to talk to today
um is well of course that this object is
digital delivery and what I will try to
do is uh for the for the first part of
the presentation I will talk about
Bentley's Vision what we see how the
industry is changing uh why digital twin
wide digital delivery
um and then talk about how it's done on
the TRU project and it fits nicely with
the rest of the presentations this
morning when Tru team and Allison and
Raymond and and Sharon are going to talk
about the digital construction but what
I want to highlight is what you said
Joanne that the real value comes in when
we move from digital delivery to
operations and maintenance and how to
hold that intelligence and and data and
that's the part that as a technology
company Bentley we cannot do all of it
because it's it's not just about tech
it's about Behavior people culture and
and processes as well
and
