In 2021, Adult Swim released a short called Learning with Pibby.
A preschool educational character named Pibby ends up in an apocalyptic scenario where this
static iglob called the Darkness is absorbing cartoon characters from different worlds and
turning them into zombified creatures.
However, every single zombie seems to be kind of the same in one regard.
They got those wide smiles and blank eyes.
They have minor shape shifting capabilities too, but not really that much as shown in
the short.
Personally, I think we can go even further with this.
So today, I'll be taking 4 characters that appeared inside the pilot, and taking their
best qualities and turning them into their worst.
Feel free to suggest other cartoon characters you'd like to see turn into these horrible
monstrosities.
I wouldn't mind making more in the future.
Don't worry, the characters don't have to be based on Warner Brothers, they could
be any kind of cartoon character.
Could be Disney, Nick, they could even be from anime or anything else like that.
Just suggest your favorite characters, and I might draw them as horrible monsters for
next video. With that being said, welcome to Cackling Pumpkins, and this is Learning
with Pibby, Pushed Forward.
First we'll be starting with Fred Flintstone, the character that's used to demonstrate
the darkness actually pulling characters in by force. Fred Flintstone comes from a world
that's reflective of the caveman era, however they use technology that's very comparable
to what many used at the time, however instead of being used with metal and wiring, it's
with either stone or actual living creatures. One of the most well-known pieces of technology
is the car that you have to power with your own feet. So of course the best idea was to turn Fred
Flintstone into this car, contorting his body to be in the shape of the vehicle. As you can still
blatantly see the character still uses feet to move but now the feet sort of act as wheels.
This version of Fred Flintstone also has a really stretchy neck. This is meant to be reflective of
many of the dinosaurs that appear inside the show like Dino. You also see Fred pop his head out of

The roof as they put Bam Bam and pebbles on top of his head
This character would essentially act as a giant battering ram
Charging through essentially anything and because he comes from the stone age where he's a caveman
Not much is really going to make him flinch while his long neck is used to search for more prey from a distance
Next is the ever iconic and snarky Bugs Bunny, who ironically enough only really appears
for a second inside the short.
Bugs Bunny is a character that loves to torment the people who torment him first.
He's not a character who's necessarily bad, he's just a character that will retaliate
if you're going to torment with him first.
A lot of the times he does this by burrowing in the ground and tracking the opponent or
using it as a means of escape.
This time he uses it as a means of attack.
This Bugs Bunny is actually massive.
His girth is like the size of a whale.
Think of like those giant kind of worm snake monsters from horror movies
that burrow into the ground and fly into the sky when they pop out.
That's basically how big this guy is.
This version of Bugs Bunny is massive.
He digs through the ground by using the little carrots in his mouth that spin around like drills.
