The spiritual lingo for it is the dark
night of the soul.
When everything that you were taught to
give you certainty,
security,
um clarity,
when all of that has just been turned
upside down on its head, you're in this
dark hole going, "Who am I? What am I
supposed to do?" And this is how you
know how unhealthy,
can you even use the word toxic the
institution that you were in was is how
thick and heavy that dark night of the
soul is.
And institutions that are less um

been out
six years now and these things are just
un like I'm just discovering them right
now and so it's not a time thing like
the phrase time heals all all wounds.
It's like
no like time time passes.
So the what we wanted to talk about um
