Okay, we all know what is constitution.
So today we will see how this constitution has been made.
Okay, that is what we are going to study about in this session.
And before studying about the making of the constitution, first we should know why.
Okay, this is the module in which we will be going.
First we should know the reason why we need a constitution.
So what is a constitution actually?
Constitution nothing but some basic certain rules, ok.
So there are many organizations like your school, your college and what to say your
company, ok.
Your school or college or company everyone will have their respective rules and regulations
to be followed.
If in school means you should put tie, you should have a uniform, you should go in regular
time, you should come back in regular time like that some certain rules are there and
the members of that school should adhere to that rules, ok.
So that is what the constitution is, ok.
In your house also there are some rules to be followed.
For example, I will say
your father will go and work and he will pay all the electric bills and everything and
your mother will go to your market and buy some groceries like that.
Everyone has some certain rules and regulations which is followed in your house.
So what about the India?
It's a vast country and there should be some rules to be followed to maintaining the administration
department.

So why we need that constitution?
So there are some reasons why we need a constitution.
The first reason is we need some basic rules, a set of basic rules for coordination and
cooperation.
For coordination and cooperation of the society, we need some certain basic rules in the way
that the certain basic rules should be applicable or should be followed by all the communities
in the India.
Because you know India is a diverse country and we have many cultures, race, everything
is present there.
okay so it should the rules what we are making it should be common or it should
be followed by all the
groups. Okay. So that's the first reason. The second reason, the constitution will only
specify that who is having the power to make a decision. Okay. That is the second most
important function that why we need a constitution. Okay. The third important thing is constitution
says that only up to which extent, okay, up to which extent your government can impose
rules on a citizen. Okay. We all know by this constitution your government is going to set
have some rules, ok. These rules, to how much extent, if fundamental right is there means,
to how much extent your government can have a hold on you, on the citizen or on the subject,
that is the third function. The last function is, there are some aspirations,
ok. There are some, what to say, there are some aim for a society, ok. The basic aim
of the constitution is to fulfill those aims, ok. When the constitution is fulfilling the
aim of society only, the main objective of the country will be reached, ok. When the
society's aspirations are achieved.
