Janusz, are you the type of person who likes to go out to party or to the theatre in the evening?
Or are you more of a couch potato?
Not really a couch potato, but otherwise both.
I like to go to the Pratergarten with pleasure,
but today, for example, I'm staying at home and enjoying my quiet time.
Let's see what the other Berliners have to say.
How do people spend their evening here? Go!
Now, how do you spend your evenings?
I spend my evenings when I come back from work, like most people.
I'm pretty quiet. I'm also a musician and play guitar or piano.
That's nice. And do you sing?
Yes, but that should be better.
It doesn't matter, as long as you sing. And do you write your own lyrics?
Yes, I do.
I do too, exactly.
My evening?
When I'm really happy, I go to the gym and do a bit of exercise,
so that everything stays in place.
Then I go home, have dinner with my husband, we talk about our day.
And usually I either read a book or watch a series.
And sometimes we go to the theatre or the cinema.
At the moment I go to school, then I come home, take a shower, think about what I want to eat, cook something and then I watch.
Sometimes I train or I just have a relaxing evening, watch a movie.
It depends, I work in shifts, sometimes I have late shift, sometimes I have night shift, sometimes early shift, where I go to bed earlier.
But when I have the evening off, I like to lie on the couch.
We have a Nintendo Switch, where we often go together.
My partner and I play games or watch films and series.
Sport, eat, sleep early, get up early.
What kind of sport?
Bodyweight and weightlifting.
At home. I don't go to the gym at home.
Our evening?
I'm not the party mouse.
Dinner, a good series and then sleep.
I don't really like going to parties.
I'm more relaxed at bars or at home with friends, but the main thing is that you eat together and go out.
And what do you do? Do you play board games?
I hate board games.
Me too, exactly.
But I like cards. In fact, I've been friends with cards since I started studying.
Or you just talk. Talking is the best. Just communicate.
I come home, usually I do a bit of sports, then I eat something and then it's
somehow after eating you're a bit flat somehow and then you don't really
feel like doing anything and then I realize myself, I could actually do a lot more,
to be honest, with my evenings. How do you spend your evenings? With my little
I have a dog on the sofa and a sauna blanket at home.
Do you really sweat under the sauna blanket?
Yes, but it takes about 40 minutes. It takes longer than a normal sauna.
But it goes deeper into the muscles. It's good for detoxing.
And does the dog come along?
