HP HSTNS-PL11 PSU OVP & Output voltage increase
1. To activate the PSU, add a 330 ohm resistor between Pin 33 and 36
2. In parallel with a 5K ohm resistor, the output voltage increases to 14.34V
3. Parallel a 7.68K ohm resistor to adjust the OVP voltage OR patch the firmware to disable OVP

Technically speaking, I would recommend employing Nichrome 80 12 gauge AWG resistance wire for the construction of a dummy load, instead of relying on the 7.2 ohm cement resistor as demonstrated in the video
