And now, a message from the President of the United States.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We are killing America with slow but sure chemical destruction
and terrorizing our friends abroad.
completely surrounded by the armed forces of the United States.
I'm in Afghanistan.
In Angola.
In Cambodia.
And in Nicaragua.
International cooperation.
Ensure illegal drugs in our schools.
Drug abuse is everything America is.
Your government will continue to act aggressively.
Double their prison population.
Pure dollars.
Your government will continue to act aggressively.
Your government will continue to act aggressively.
So, now we are in 1986 in the United States.
It's been 100 years since the first commercialization of cocaine in Coca-Cola.
And now, we are in the worst year of the crack epidemic.
The first time they wanted a moral panic about cocaine, they used the racist image of
a black cocaine addict who rapes white women, but already in 1986, this type of
message doesn't work so much.
People are still racist, but they don't want to admit it so openly.
But we need the same effect.
I want, I'm afraid that he's going to let us do whatever we want.
You start out in 1954 by saying nigger, nigger, nigger.
By 1968 you can't say nigger, that hurts, it backfires.
So you say stuff like, of course, busin', state flights and all that stuff.
And you're getting so abstract now.
You're talking about cutting taxes and all of these things you're talking about are totally economic things.
And the byproduct of them is blacks get hurt worse than whites.
It is getting that abstract and that coded that we're doing away with the racial problem one way or the other.
You follow me?
Because I'm sitting around saying we want to cut taxes, we want to cut this, we want...
It's much more abstract than even the busing does.
And a hell of a lot more abstract than you ever knew.
So, what is something that worries the average voter in the United States?
But nobody is going to think about the kids!
The First Lady, Nancy Reagan, or The Throat Goat, as some call her,
Do you want to know why?
Look for Esco on Twitter.
Or watch this video.
Well, Nancy did that as her top priority.
I couldn't believe that the kids were trying the drugs.
The drugs that were in every American city thanks to her husband.
But how can you convince children not to start trying drugs?
