Ambition
A beautiful word that pushes men to have dreams and to work hard to achieve them.
In this quest for personal fulfillment, some values seem to be integrated.
Whether it's discipline, perseverance, questioning and many others.
But before the values you adopt, two elements come.
Two elements used by any man wanting to succeed, but also used by any form of life when they are basic and simple.
Even when they are elementary.
These elements are of course actions and the mind.
Actions, as you already know, are everything you do to reach your goals.
And the mind is the source of your actions.
The thing is that in this equation, the mind is very often forgotten,
while it is just as important as actions.
Because if there is no mind, there is no action.
At the same time, if you don't have a mind, you're not thinking.
So it seems pretty logical if you don't have a mind, you don't have an action.
But in short, you have to develop your mind in order to be able to develop yourself personally,
in order to accomplish actions in order to strengthen your mind and thus enter a virtuous circle.
And because with a strong mind, we do strong actions to get closer to our goal.
So to sum up, I did almost a minute of intro, all this to tell you that the most important thing is the mindset.
Really the term of the youtubers is a pile of shit clichés but in short.
If you want to have a strong mind, you have to have an environment that allows you to develop your full potential.
So you need a calm environment, away from all forms of disturbance.
The first solution for that is obviously to go to a place where no one will bother you.
But if you specifically need to go to an environment that is often frequented, there is a second solution.
It's to sleep early to get up early to be able to work at non-social hours.
An hour when no one is awake, so you are sure that no one will bother you.
Imagine that you work 9 hours, you will go to bed at 8 hours to be able to get up at 5 hours.
Like that you are 100% sure that no one around you will be awake and that no one around you will be able to disturb you.
As well as friends with whom you send messages rather than work,
than your father who asks you for the code of his Facebook account.
And for non-sociable hours at which to wake up, it's between 4 and 8.
Now that you have a calm environment, you also need a clean and tidy environment.
Because it's always more pleasant to work in a well-organized environment,
and you don't risk looking for 30 minutes for an object, all that to use it for 3 seconds.
But it has above all the placebo effect,
because it's not being in a clean or dirty room that will make you work properly,
it's your mind and your actions that will do that.
But if you think that thanks to your environment you will work well,
then if you are in a good environment you will perform better.
All this because you think you work better.
But there is a problem.
It's good to think you worked well, but it's better to have worked well.
The thing is, if you are doing secondary events and already tired of your goal,
while being in a good environment,
you will move forward on the small details,
but you will not really move forward in what you really want to do.
And that's why the second step is to have a reflection.
The second step is to realize your desires.
Unless you already have a clear, fixed goal and you're sure of it,
it's a much more complicated step than it may seem.
