As we know, Japan is known for its good work ethic and disciplined people
But the question is, how can a country have such a culture?
Well, it turns out that since they were little, they were trained to have certain principles.
What were they trained for?
They were trained to repeat various kinds of small routines that are positive every day.
And this routine eventually became a culture and they kept using it until they grew up.
So when they were big and grown up, these Japanese people became disciplined and not lazy.
The concept of this routine was finally given a specific name.
What's the name?
Well, the name is Kaizen technique.
What is Kaizen?
In terms of language, kaizen is taken from two words, kai which means change, and zen which means wisdom.
